We understand the requirements and aspirations of today’s global organisations, providing the most affordable buildings to accommodate some of the world’s largest companies including Asda/Wal Mart, John Lewis, Procter & Gamble, Toyota, Volkswagen, Lamborghini, Honda, Merck and third-party logistics providers including DHL, Geodis, TNT, CEVA and Kühne + Nagel.

We provide a range of integrated management solutions based around four distinct phases in the project cycle:

Predevelopment

We begin by ensuring all requirements are understood from the outset, and a full scope is established. Needs are considered and solutions offered that range from organizing project funding to creation and review of all agreements required to ensure that the project proceeds. Before commencement, we ensure that a commercially viable solution has been agreed; that all contracts are administered appropriately and that all stakeholders have a clear and shared vision of a successful project.

Development initiation and implementation

At the development stage we freeze on scope, translating the design briefs into an overall project execution plan that covers budgets. The project schedule and procurement planning is done to get on board all required services and consultants. A responsibility matrix is established and the project is set in motion. Our goal at this stage is to create a full template to deliver performance specifications while taking on the entire ownership.

Construction

Our methods and supply chain relationships guarantee success.

A key service offering we bring to the table is the award winning G. Track – a process that allows us to deliver a building as large as 20,000 sqm in 12 weeks.
